Randy Foster proudly owns and operates Fosters Home Inspections as the sole home inspector. He is passionate about providing homebuyers with the unbiased and easy-to-understand information they need to protect their investment in their prospective home. As an InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector (CMI), Randy is among the most professional, experienced, and knowledgeable home inspectors in the industry. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, woodworking, welding, and spending quality time with his family.

Over 23 Years of Home Inspection Experience

Over the course of his 23-year career as a home inspector, Randy has completed nearly 30,000 inspections for his clients. There is no problem that he hasn’t come across and been able to talk his client through, so you can rest easy knowing that you’ve chosen an inspector who has seen and handled it all. Randy was taken under the wing of another home inspector while working in the construction industry. He eventually became a Chief County Building Inspector, a career he retired from as he started his own inspection company. In this position, he was in charge of reviewing plans and issuing permits, becoming the detail-oriented inspector that his clients have come to depend on today.

A Background in Construction

Before becoming a home inspector, Randy worked in the construction industry. He started working construction immediately out of high school and enjoyed getting to work with his hands and learning all there is to know about how a home works. Randy’s knowledge of home systems from the ground up gives him the unique ability to guide you through the repair and maintenance options you will be faced with after the purchase of your home.
